Thousands In Drugs Seized From Columbia Man After Foot Chase: Police

A Columbia man was arrested after officers seized a significant amount of drugs and cash following a brief foot chase, authorities announced on Monday, Nov. 6.

Officers spotted Donte Nunn, 24, in the area of 4th and Cherry streets, Columbia, PA on Monday, Nov. 4 at approximately 3:30 p.m. When officers made contact, Nunn fled on foot. He was located shortly after, hiding inside a condemned property on the 200 block of South 2nd Street, and taken into custody without further incident, according to police.

During the arrest, officers seized approximately 111 grams of marijuana packaged for sale and $2,402 in cash. Police said Nunn was armed when he was apprehended.

Nunn was taken to Central Booking and charged with possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, evading arrest or detention on foot, and trespassing.
